Origin EON17 gaming laptop – a beast of a machine

Origin have released the EON17 laptop which is has remarkable specifications with room to expand making it an absolute beast of a laptop. Origin are known for their gaming PCs and can build a PC the way you want it and personalize it for you. The most notable feature of the EON 17 is the ability to have an enormous 24GB RAM.

To add to the RAM, the EON17 has a 17.3 Full HD screen to play your games in all their glory. You can have the top of the range Intel Core i7 980x desktop processor installed to give you amazing performance with can multitask and intelligent as it speeds up the processor when your laptop needs a little power. When gaming we all know graphics are paramount so you can add the Dual 2GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 480M, one of the world’s fastest graphics mobile processors. There is capacity for up to 3 hard drives allowing for up to 3TB of storage. For security, it has a fingerprint scanner allowing you to restrict access to specific files and logon without passwords. If you want to customise the EON17 the designs to choose from Origin are good.

The upgrade options ensure the EON17 blows the competition out of the water. The closest competitor is Alienware M17x although even the best upgrades on the M17x cannot compare.

The starting price is $2499 and that does not have most of the features listed here.
